Membership is limited and strictly by invitation only.
Applications for membership shall be viewed most warily, indeed rebuffed.
New members may only be admitted by a simple majority in favour of those members polled.
There is no membership fee.
Members shall be circumspect in disclosing the names of those eating establishments favoured by the club to any outside person .

A time and date for a luncheon having been settled in advance, all members shall be present within 10 minutes of that time.
Fines will be imposed on late-comers.

Members may select items from la Carta to their individual tastes : consensus is required in the selection of wine(s) to be served.
